 At Reform and Restore Services, we are committed to offering compassionate and effective mental health counseling and educational resources to individuals across all age groups—students (ages 5–17) and adults (ages 18+)—within Duplin County and surrounding areas.  

 At Reform and Restore PLLC (RRS), our mission is to empower youth and adults by providing essential services that foster personal growth and community involvement. Through a comprehensive approach that includes counseling, mentoring, tutoring, life skills development, emotional intelligence, and community outreach, we aim to inspire lasting change and cultivate healthier, more holistic individuals. Our goal is to create a transformative environment that equips individuals with the tools they need to thrive and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
